Shipping Policy

As of 10/7/2025 Pasture Pool currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

 

1) Where we ship

  • Coverage: We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC.

    • We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., PR, GU, VI) at this time.

  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO:​

    • We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS; some items are ineligible.

 

2) Processing times​

  • Orders placed after the cut‑off, on weekends, or U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

  • During peak launches, sales, or severe weather, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

 

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

 

3) Shipping options & estimated transit times

We partner with UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL eCommerce. Transit times begin after your order ships.

Service Est. transit

Standard Ground 3–7 business days: Most economical option.

Expedited: 2–3 business days: Not available for all addresses/items.

Express: 1–2 business days: Order cutoff and signature may apply.

Alaska & Hawaii: Add +1–3 business days to estimates; surcharges may apply.
Rural/remote areas: Add +1–2 business days.

Estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

4) Shipping rates

  • Rates are shown at checkout and are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

  • Oversized/heavy items may incur an oversize surcharge even if your order qualifies for free shipping.

 

5) Order tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

6) Address accuracy & changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’re in transit.
Need a change? Contact contact.pasturepool@gmail.com immediately after placing your order—changes may be possible before fulfillment begins.

 

7) Signature on delivery

  • Orders valued at $400 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you decline signature service or authorize release, you accept responsibility for the package once the carrier marks it delivered.

 

8) Split shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

 

9) Restricted, oversized, and hazardous items

Some items must ship via ground and are ineligible for expedited or PO Box/APO shipping. We’ll indicate any restrictions on the product page and at checkout.

 

10) Delivery issues

  • Damaged/Incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number: contact.pasturepool@gmail.com.

  • Lost in transit: We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received:

    • Check with neighbors/household and look for a notice.

    • Allow 24–48 hours for possible next‑day delivery scans.

    • If still missing, contact us; we’ll help file a claim. Please note: theft after delivery may not be covered by carriers. Consider shipping to a secure location or using signature service.

 

11) Refused or undeliverable packages

Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or due to an invalid address may be refunded minus original shipping and any return‑to‑sender fees charged by the carrier. We’re happy to reship to a corrected address; new shipping charges will apply.

 

12) Pre‑orders & backorders

  • Pre‑orders ship on or around the estimated ship date shown on the product page.

  • Backordered items ship when restocked. We may ship available items first and the remainder later at no extra cost.

 

13) Holiday schedules & weather delays

Carriers observe U.S. federal holidays and may experience volume‑related delays during peak seasons. Severe weather or natural disasters can also impact transit times. These events are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

 

14) Sales tax & shipping fees

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order ships (except where required by law or if we made an error).
