Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1) Return window & condition

30‑day returns from the delivery date for most items.

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2) How to start a return

Visit [insert returns portal link] or email support@pasturepool.com with your order # and reason.

We’ll issue a prepaid U.S. return label; a $[8.95] flat fee is deducted from your refund (waived if the return is due to our error).
3) Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt, plus your bank’s posting time.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order ships (except where we made a mistake or as required by law).
4) Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and choose Exchange at the portal (if available) or place a new order and return the original for a refund.
5) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pasturepool.com with photos.

We’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping for our error or a manufacturing defect.
6) Non‑returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, personalized/engraved products, and opened consumables (e.g., ball sleeves, tees) can’t be returned unless faulty.

Items showing wear or use (e.g., hit marks on clubs) may be refused or subject to a [15%] restocking fee.
7) U.S.–only returns

We currently accept returns only from U.S. addresses and cannot accept COD shipments.
