Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

 

1) Return window & condition

  • 30‑day returns from the delivery date for most items.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

2) How to start a return

  • Visit [insert returns portal link] or email support@pasturepool.com with your order # and reason.

  • We’ll issue a prepaid U.S. return label; a $[8.95] flat fee is deducted from your refund (waived if the return is due to our error).

 

3) Refunds

  • Refunds go to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt, plus your bank’s posting time.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order ships (except where we made a mistake or as required by law).

 

4) Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Start a return and choose Exchange at the portal (if available) or place a new order and return the original for a refund.

 

5) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pasturepool.com with photos.

  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping for our error or a manufacturing defect.

 

6) Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, personalized/engraved products, and opened consumables (e.g., ball sleeves, tees) can’t be returned unless faulty.

  • Items showing wear or use (e.g., hit marks on clubs) may be refused or subject to a [15%] restocking fee.

 

7) U.S.–only returns

  • We currently accept returns only from U.S. addresses and cannot accept COD shipments.
