Pasture Pool cares about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit or make a purchase from our online store, interact with our emails, text messages, ads, or social media, or otherwise engage with us (together, the “Services”).

7) Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business needs (e.g., tax, accounting, compliance), then delete or anonymize it. Typical examples:

Orders and invoices: up to 7–10 years (legal/tax requirements).

Account information: for the life of your account plus a short period, unless you request deletion.

Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or after a defined inactivity period.

8) Security

9) Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. California residents under 16: we do not knowingly “sell” or “share” your information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
10) Financial incentives
We may offer programs (e.g., sign‑up discounts, loyalty rewards, referrals) that involve the collection of personal information. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time by contacting us or following program instructions. We estimate the value of your data based on program benefits, our expense to provide them, and anticipated revenue. See Appendix E for details.
11) SMS marketing
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing texts from Pasture Pool. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We process your phone number, message metadata, and engagement for this program. 12) Third‑party sites & services
Our Services may link to third‑party websites, apps, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., by posting the update and changing the “Last updated” date, email, or in‑site notice). Your continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
